Our conservative rules
- No “Open” label without current-cycle evidence.
- No hands-on claim inferred from the word “fellowship”.
- No international eligibility inferred from a public webpage.
- No salary or procedural volume without an explicit official source.
- Unknown information stays visibly unknown.
Important evidence gaps
- Many programmes do not publish a current intake or dated application window.
- International eligibility often remains separate from registration, credentialing and visa feasibility.
- Funding information frequently omits net value, benefits, fees and relocation costs.
- Clinical exposure rarely proves the exact activity permitted for an individual fellow.
- Faculty appointments and programme relationships require ongoing official-source review.
What changed in this release
The directory now exposes country, city, institution, faculty and subspecialty relationships; separates application signals from programme existence; and applies noindex rules to thin geographic combinations. The canonical programme inventory remains source-led and deduplicated.
